Keren Shlezinger Dolev
Keren is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in fostering organizational efficiency and competitive advantage. With a proven track record in talent acquisition, performance management, employment law, and employee development, she is a vital asset to any team.
Keren began her career at Tapuz Group, then ascended to the role of HR Manager at HFN, Israel's largest law firm, a position she retained for a decade. In 2018, she pivoted to an independent role as an HR consultant, delivering advisory services to startups and small-to-medium businesses, both locally and internationally.
As a strategic consultant for startups and leader in diverse HR operations, she assists businesses in overcoming obstacles and achieving growth goals.
In 2021, she co-founded Excessive Innovation with Ronen, providing top-tier solutions for companies worldwide. Staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends, Keren leverages her invaluable insights to optimize human capital, facilitating sustained organizational success.

Ronen BenedeK
Ronen is, a versatile businessman, Mediator, Lecturer, and Lawyer. His expertise lies in providing innovative solutions and creative thinking to both corporate organizations and individuals, specializing in international real estate and offshore structures.
He started his career at Baratz Bar Nathan, later founding Benedek, Shtemer & Co., a boutique Real Estate law firm. In 2007, he joined Sage Capital Global, extending his influence from Japan to South America. In 2019, he founded Rare Capital and began lecturing at Reichmann University imparting his insights to the next generation of leaders.
In 2021, Ronen partnered with Keren to establish Excessive Innovation. Together, they provide top-tier, innovative solutions for companies and organizations both in Israel and overseas. Ronen continually stays abreast of the latest trends in his field, leveraging his in-depth knowledge to foster sustained success for their clients.
